On Wednesday, July 21st, I completed my last radiation treatment! It’s such a relief to be done.
It was a busy week as I finished radiation. I was able to get away for a few days for a girls trip, went out to a celebratory dinner with my family, and then Hannah and I went to Chicago for the weekend for CNADM. It’s been wonderful to be able to do all of these things. 😊
In a month, I will have labs done and another PET scan. After that, I will be able to get my port removed. Once the port is removed, I feel like I can close this chapter and move on.
