Many have asked about meals.
Ed is requesting no meal train at this time. So, Tricia and I have worked up a good list of freezer meals, and are planning to go shopping next week, and work together (along with another friend or two) to cook/prep a ton of meals that will be easy for her family to prepare for dinners, plus a few breakfast dishes, desserts, and breads/muffins. Our goal is to have at least 2 weeks of meals, closer to a month of meals prepped and frozen by surgery date.
If anyone wants to provide a meal from now until surgery date, they wont say no. Tricia and Ed are not asking for anything, but if you want to help, your help will be gladly received.
If you want to provide a freezer meal for the family, it will be accepted with warm gratitude.
