August 1st 2021   Last night Trevor said “ this was the best day I have ever had” ❤️  The Rodrunpalooza was a huge success and a very special day for us all.  $18,000 dollars was raised which is beyond belief!! The generosity of Trevor’s family and friends was truly amazing.  Most importantly were all the special moments Trevor had visiting with many people he had seen since his accident 🥰. I met people who I didn’t know but are close to Trevor and that was heartwarming.   Meeting the person who helped save his life was very emotional.  I was grateful to meet Paul McGee and personally thank him.  He said something in his heart told him to check on Trevor that morning. That was God working a miracle thru him no doubt. 🙏🙏.   There are so many people to thank I will make a separate post when I can get all the names together.  A few touching moments from yesterday.  In the Silent auction there was a beautiful plaque with Rodrunpalooza Trevor Jones 2021. This was made by  Lathery Pin Striping and this is the same person that did pinstriping on Trevor’s Mini cup  race cars years ago!!   One of Trevor’s good friends Jimmy Beverly won the auction and donated the plaque to Trevor.  I’m not even sure what the final price was but heard that he paid 600$ for it.   It will be a wonderful addition to Trevor’s new living area.
