"Because someone we love is in heaven, there is a little bit of heaven in our home."

When Chip heads to the barn, he passes a lilac tree;  when Fawn looks out her kitchen window, she sees a tulip poplar tree. Both trees were given to Fawn and Chip and planted for Trevor.  One Thursday night in October (barn night!), a group came together to dedicate the poplar tree.  Friends and family circled around the tree; Pup and Nana led the group in prayer and shared words about our amazing Trev.  Some tears were shed followed by a lot of laughter.  

Tears, joy, pain, laughter and grief surround our family everyday.  At the end of October, our family celebrated an amazing gift.  Marissa and Mike welcomed Harper Rose into the world.   Harper is a healthy little bundle of joy and it looks like her and Rufus are going to be best friends.  Of course, she has already been hearing about her Uncle Trev~
