Family and Friends:

I am happy to report that Trampus received good news this afternoon! His biopsy showed no signs of rejection. We are grateful for this positive health report three months out from Trampus's lung transplant. See the celebration cookie Quinn suprised Trampus with yesterday. Also (in the other pic), Trampus consoles Piper after a procedure. These photos demonstrate Trampus's ability to maintain serenity in the midst of uncertainty. Grace, Quinn, Liam and I benefit from his peaceful attitude every day. Yet, we worry. A lung transplant is a unique and significant life journey. 

And so, I sign off from CaringBridge and my Trampus health communication. Trampus's doctors both said yesterday, "remember, don't get sick, don't gain weight and exercise!" We can recite it with them. These guidelines will exist for the rest of Trampus's life. 

We are off to live as fully as we can...the Buddes wish the same to you and yours.
