Journal
Well, it’s been a while since our last post - hoping everyone has assumed ‘no news is good news’ on Tracy and if you did, you are right. We have been busy the last couple of months getting back to a more normal schedule. Tracy completed her last chemo in February and has been feeling better…still getting stronger every day. Her white blood counts are still very low so still so trying to avoid germs / infections but starting to get out and about more often. She’s even been driving herself to some nearby shopping trips and able to get outside to some neighborhood happy hours (but not too much drinking just yet due to antibiotics and other meds she is still on). We had a big weekend last weekend with lots of visitors in town to celebrate Hailey’s graduation from CSU, Mother’s Day and also Ryan’s birthday. May 9 also marked the one year mark of her surgery…and one year of no new concerns. She had her April MRI in San Fran along with her clinical trial treatment and nothing of any major concern. We go back to San Fran for another MRI and SurvaxM injection again next week. We continue to hope for the best. Please reach out to Tracy if you have a chance - she is anxious to start to connect with everyone again. We are planning on a little road trip to MI and TN in June/July and are hoping we can see/connect with everyone soon.
Love to all of Tracy’s troop, and thanks to everyone for their support and caring over the last year.
Kevin and Tracy
