Dear All,

Please forgive the long time between updates. Recovery from COVID took a while and was a bit of a roller coaster, but I wanted you to know that all 3 of us – Tony, his Dad, and I – are well now and very thankful. Thank you for your prayers for our healing.

And thank you for your prayers about the start date for Tony’s cardiac rehab. It was moved up! He had his assessment and orientation last week, and he starts rehab this Friday, July 15th, at 6:30 am.  He will go to rehab 3x/week for the next 2 months and  is very glad to be taking that step at last. We are also back to walking 2+ miles each morning – as early as we can since Texas is having  such a heat wave!

Many, many thanks for upholding us though your prayers, and for your many expressions of love and care during this journey. We are forever grateful.
