I wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful support and comments we have had this past week. One of my favorite movies is "It's a Wonderful Life" with Jimmy Stewart and as we have travelled this road over the past year I have come to realize how many lives Tom has touched in both large and small ways, just like in the movie. I certainly would not be the person I am today or have the family I have if he had not asked me to be on his sand volleyball team all those years ago! He was my best friend, my soul mate and the love of my life and I feel very lucky that I had someone that makes saying goodbye so hard.

Thursday, June 1st at The Vineyard Church, 1533 W. Arrowhead Road, Duluth with visitation at 10:00 and the service at 11:00 followed by a luncheon.

In lieu of flowers please consider donating to whatever charity you think of when you think of Tom. I love the comment by Lili on the previous post that Tom is an Eco Angel! He was passionate about supporting and protecting the environment. We also have tremendous love and gratitude for the staff and friends that we made at the Solvay Hospice House in Duluth which is supported by the Miller-Dwan Foundation (mdfoundation.org)
