Tom is continuing to enjoy his new living situation at Franciscan Villa and welcomes visitors and phone calls. 

He is getting a highly treatable, relatively low-risk skin cancer spot removed from his scalp on Thursday. This squamous cell spot is cutaneous and has a 99% removal success rate. Thank you for your well wishes and good thoughts. We are very grateful he has access to healthcare to deal with this through a Mohs procedure in which they completely cut out the spot.
