Dear Friends,

One year ago today we began this Caring Bridge page to keep you all posted after Tom's brain hemorrhage and crainotomy. His survival and recovery have been a miracle and ongoing gift for our family.

Tom's cancer treatment is coordinated by an outstanding team of medical professionals at OSU's The James.  He has completed all radiation treatments, rounds of chemo, and PT/OT therapy sessions. His last MRI scan in early January showed that there was no reoccurrence of the glioblastoma tumor. Our prayers for a ''tumor free '23" were answered! Every other month brain scans will continue in 2024.

He is focused on living a full life while managing his remaining post-stroke symptoms (head-to-toe left-side numbness, left-side vision field cut, and ongoing fatigue). Our 2024 calendar is filling up with work, travel, and plans with family & friends! We hope to downsize in the next few months; moving closer to Tom's office and a walkable area will be more convenient with Tom no longer driving.

There are no words to convey the level of appreciation we have for the love and support you all have given us (Bailey & Maddie, too!) these past 12 months. The power of prayer has been shown to us over and over.  Thank you x1000!
