Timothy’s Story

Site created on December 9, 2020

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
We arrived home from Los Cabos Mexico yesterday. Tim didn't have a very good trip as he was in constant pain. While we were there he couldn't manage the little traffic trolley to get anywhere. Every little bump caused major pain.  He did lounge by the pool for a few days and was able to take the Sunset Cruise to see the famous Arch. Upon arrival home his arms and hands became more numb and more tingly and this morning he was not able to zip his zipper, put on his socks or even button one of his buttons on a shirt so it was time to head to urgent care to figure out what is wrong. After an MRI and a long stay in the emergency room it was determined that he has a neuromuscular situation going on in his neck along with possible cancer. He was put into a cervical collar to protect his neck and was sent by ambulance to North Memorial Robbinsdale from Maple Grove for more extensive care. Our journey begins.

Journal entry by Cheryl "Cheri" Faue-Shrack

Got the most wonderful letter in the mail today. Brought tears to my eyes. After Tim died, the Lions Gift of Sight called and asked me a bunch of questions to see if Tim's eyes could be donated. I never heard back so I thought that they were denied. The letter today said that they were in fact donated! Someone is out there seeing with my baby's eyes. I am so happy! His beautiful eyes live on. Thank you Jesus! I bless and pray that this person or individuals will forever see the beauty in everything just as Tim did. Thank you Lions Gift of Sight. Thank you..
