Ronald Thomas Robinson was called to his eternal rest on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at the age of 57 surrounded by his loving family. Thom, as he was affectionately called, never met a stranger, and always put others before himself. He greeted everyone with a bright smile. His sense of humor, friendly demeanor, generosity, and warm hugs endeared him to all. His earthly presence will be greatly missed, but he lives on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Thom was born in Denton, Texas to Ronald Harold Robinson and Celeste Sharon (Parker) Robinson and resided his entire life here in Texas. He was a proud alumnus of Plano East Senior High School and Texas A&M University, where he earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering. He became an engineer extraordinaire, working most recently at Raytheon. His strong engineering mindset, critical thinking, and logical, intelligent mind influenced many people throughout his life.

His commitment to education and his love for Texas were only matched by his dedication to his faith and family. He loved sharing his knowledge and answered any question with enthusiasm! Throughout his life, Thom's faith was a cornerstone, guiding him in service and fellowship within his church communities. Whether through youth mentorship, puppeteering, or his involvement in church committees and church council, Thom's devotion was evident in every act of kindness and every gesture of support. He took time to visit with family and friends, lending support and encouragement. Exhibiting his fun-loving side, every year he donned a Santa suit and an Easter Bunny costume to the delight of all. Thom was an active and involved parent, supporting sports, scouting, dance and band, and could always be found coaching, mentoring and encouraging his children, their friends and family members.

Thom is survived by Gail, his loving wife of 33 years; his adoring children: son Austin, his wife, Hailey, and granddaughter Avigayil; son Kyle and Erica; daughter, Kinsey; father, Ron and his wife, Darla; brother Eric and his wife, Jenny; bonus son, Darian; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews and so many more who love him dearly and will miss him.

He now joins his mother, Celeste Parker Robinson in eternal peace.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 1:00pm at Rejoice Lutheran Church,12000 Independence Parkway, Frisco, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rejoice Lutheran Church.
