This is a place for everyone to stay updated with the details of my journey. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 (Estrogen/Progesterone + ) breast cancer on January 12, 2021. I am an active yoga teacher and fitness professional with no family history of breast cancer.

Today was my FINAL RADIATION! 😀

Thank you to everyone who supported me along this journey.

I finished 50,000 words of my book last night and I'm not done yet.
