Journal entry by Kaitlyn Moone —
We were thrilled to finally get a warm, sunny (and not insanely windy!) day. The boys had a blast hanging out on the patio, blowing and popping bubbles, and taking in some fresh air. Jackson parked his car right behind Theodore so they could play and load the trunk with rocks. 😂 Theodore gave an emphatic “yes” sign every time I asked if he was happy to be outside. 💙
We’ve been swamped with appointments lately, which has somewhat exhausted us all, and we’ve got a few more weeks of a heavier than normal schedule before things hopefully slow down (and boy, are we ready for them to slow down!). But while we continue to work on getting Theodore’s seizure medications right in hopes of better managing the frequency of his episodes, he’s regularly been more himself again, which has been so wonderful to see (more alert, more sassy, more responsive, and working really hard in therapy).
Thank you for your continued prayers and support of our entire family! We’re grateful every day for the huge community of family and friends that have surrounded us to cheer us on during Theodore’s recovery.
Ways you can help: pray, share, donate if able.
To donate funds to immediately help with current life expenses, such as bills, mortgage, and any other everyday expenses for Kaitlyn, Andy, Theodore and Jackson, please Venmo Kaitlyn directly at @kaitlynmoone. (Donations to this site are not part of the proceeds that they will receive.)
Thank you all so much 💙
