Journal entry by Darlene Biltz

We have had a slow few weeks.  But we finally got the results of the sleep study on Monday.  So he still requires oxygen.  But we are able to take the oxygen off during the day.  He will need to be on oxygen at night.  He will also require a nebulizer treatment twice a day, and he is back on one reflux medication.

The fun part of not being on oxygen during the day is that I finally get to take him outside of the house!  🙌🏻🙏🏻  We are now walking around the deck outside.  We can go out for walks without having to lug around all the machines and tubes.  💙. We have a lot more freedom to play.

We are still holding off on bringing him around our nieces and his cousins to make sure that he is healthy enough to do so.  But he has had the opportunity to be around his grandparents, great grandparents, and more family.

We are working on tummy time but he hates it.  Lol. I guess he’s stubborn like his mommy.  ☺️ He has been getting more control of his head.  Today he rolled onto his back for the first time!  ☺️🙌🏻 A very proud moment for me.  He’s playing and laughing more.

He’s getting so big!  Last time we weighed him he was 11 pounds.  But I think he is up to 12 now.  I couldn’t be more proud of how awesome he is doing.  🙏🏻🥰

Thank you everyone for all all the support and prayers!  They are working.  Please continue to pray for his continued growth and health.
