Hello Beloved Family and Friends,

As I navigate depths of grief too deep for tears to express I want to close Dad's CaringBridge by sharing a memory that I will hold close to my heart forever.

We had the gift and honor of being by Dad's bedside during the last days of his life.  We reminisced while Dad, tired and a little groggy from medicine given to keep him comfortable, listened and smiled.

Someone commented that we had many good memories. In a voice choked with emotion, Dad simply said "Wonderful". That one word, spoken with such sincerity and warm gratitude, held all the experiences of his well lived life.  Everything. All of you.

Thank you for your prayers, support, and boundless kindness during Dad's illness. Most of all, thank you for being part of his wonderful life.
