Terri’s Story

Site created on April 17, 2022

Teresa “Terri” Marie Bushman passed away on April 22. 2022, at the young age of 65 (though, she would say 18) peacefully in the presence of those who loved her most. Terri was a selfless, loving, and caring person who never thought twice about putting the needs of others before her own. She was deeply passionate about her massage career and loved helping those in need. She always said she would “work until she died” and came up only about three months short of that goal. Terri lived life the way she wanted and marched to the beat of her own drum. She never shied away from a conversation (with a glass of Chardonnay, of course), but rest assured if she disagreed with you, you would most certainly know it. She possessed a strong faith and believed that God was in control. She loved to entertain and holidays at her house were always filled with great food, laughter and an obligatory game or two. Her children were the center of her universe and the “why” behind so many of her life decisions. Mexico was her happy place and nothing pairs better with 85 and sunny than the latest James Patterson book! Terri is preceded in death by her father Paul and sister Trudy. She is survived by her mother Gertrude Jacovitch, sister Tina Langseth, brothers Tim Jacovitch and Tony (Sue) Jacovitch, son Brandon (Jenny) Jonker, daughter Jordan Jonker, and three grandchildren Harper, Jackson, and Adelyn who she loved dearly.
