Journal entry by Brenda Kiely

Today I am grateful for my sister and everyone who is supporting her through this journey of the unknown with cancer. It is a tough thing to go through and my sister is such a warrior. She continues to get her chemo treatments every other week and so many medications are given to counteract the chemo. She is exhausted and relying on her faith, family and friends to get her through this tough time!!!

My twin brother Bernie and his wife Debbie took a trip down to visit for a long weekend. Teri thoroughly enjoyed the company. She loves company!!!
What amazes me is my sister is going through all this and continues to go out of her way to help others. That’s just who she is, always giving back to help others. She is such a special person.
She is also spending time with her children and grandson Michael Eli, never a dull moment.
The stories she tells brings her so much joy.

Also we have some good news to share!!! Teri is scheduled for surgery on June 3rd to remove the tumor. It will be a 6 hour surgery and she will be in the hospital for 7 days. Please keep her in your prayers. We need your prays.God Bless!!!!

Continue to reach out as she loves to talk and loves her Tribe!!!❤️
