Welcome to my CaringBridge website. I am using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. I appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.

At the top of “Vaunce’s page” there is a list of items to click on. If you click on ways to help you will find more information. I’ve included links that explain my surgery and a calendar of my appointments, when I will need help and what type of help, e.g. lunch, dinner ride to dr appointments.

This will be my last entry. 
My healing is going great. I'm able to get out of the bed without using the walker, which was the only time I used the walker. I use my cane when I'm walking around but it's so much better. The most pain I've had is 1/10! The only thing I'm really working on still is my stamina.
