Providing a quick update on behalf of Tanya. She took a trip to the ER on Friday, 7/28 to Port St. Joe for shortness of breath. She was transferred to Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City where she had been there for an extended stay.
She was suffering from severe inflammation of the lungs which was making it very difficult to breath. Her condition was most likely brought on by a reaction to the immunotherapy drugs she was given and was waiting on a bed to open up down at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.
While waiting for a bed her health continued to deteriorate and on the morning of August 3rd she passed away surrounded by family knowing that she was loved.
Details on services to come. In the meantime, we ask for prayers to uplift her family and guide them during this time.
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
