Tanner’s Story

Site created on April 29, 2022

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

The past two years Tanner has been in stage 4 liver failure. The liver failure was brought on from him being on medications for so many years due to RA that he has had since he was four years old. Those medications allowed him to grow up and be able to walk, ski, swim, hunt, fish and be active. However, they ultimately caused his liver to fail. He was one of the first kids to be on the medicines.

He has been on the liver transplant list for several months and on Sunday, June 12 he received the most generous gift from an organ donor, a liver. We are incredibly grateful for Tanner's donor.  She gave Tanner and others another chance at life. Our hearts go out to her family for their tragedy and we will forever be grateful for her incredible gift of life.

Journal entry by Tanner Nippoldt

Hello Friends and Family,

Today I am happy to share that I have achieved one of my biggest goals I had set for myself. Today, I stated a new role at Trimble e-Builder on the Customer Success Team. Meeting this milestone has been a long process but I am beyond happy to be moving forward.

Now that I have met this goal, I think my next step will be figuring how to take this site down, so it doesn't look like I have kicked the bucket. 😁

Thank you all for your support, prayers, and good vibes that were sent my way!

As always, Onward and Upward,

Tanner
