I have been avoiding posting this, mainly because while I am not superstitious, I didn’t want to jinx us.
We are 4 weeks and 1 day past Talon’s surgery and she is doing AMAZING!!!!
In the past 4 weeks, she has went back to school, enrolled in college, went to her first livestock show of the year and of course Prom. But most importantly she was released from her Dr with NO restrictions and we only must return IF we have the need.
While this may not seem huge but let me tell you it is! She has also done these with virtually no headaches! She gets them periodically but is able yo treat them with medicine which was useless before.
I have had several people comment with how good she looks! I couldn’t agree more!
This has been such a long 2 years for her and our entire family. I could not be prouder of how she has persevered. She has handled it with a level of maturity that many adults would strive to do. I can’t wait to see what her future holds!
