Colton’s Story

Site created on September 9, 2019

Jesus answered, "Have faith in God.  Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what He says will come to pass, it will be done for him.  Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."    - Mark 11:22-24

On Thursday, September 5 our sweet Colton James was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Colton is 8 months old and probably the most joyful human to ever grace this earth. If you know him, you would agree!

Infant Leukemia is rarely found in children under the age of 1 and is very aggressive. Colton will be receiving chemotherapy treatments for the next 6 months in hopes of eliminating his blast cells and normalizing his blood cell count.

We have a lot of unanswered questions, but what we know is that God is not surprised. He is not anxious, frustrated, upset or concerned.

He is able.

Please pray for our little man and the doctors and nurses caring for him in the weeks to come.
