Hello Prayer Warriors,

Bob and I very much appreciate your prayers and support.   We especially need prayers today and in the future.  

We went into the cancer center for an appointment with my oncologist and have chemo.  However, Dr Martin, my oncologist, said that I didn’t need chemo because of recent PET and MRI showing many new tumors in my liver and pancreas.  The tumor in the bed of my pancreas is what’s causing the pain that I have been having.  
It’s inoperable and its wrapped around my nerves  bundled in that area. So because of the tumor activity the chemo is not working.  I have had all the chemo treatments in my type of cancer.  

I have an appointment with my radiation oncologist at Providence Hospital.  He uses an MRI guided radiation machine .   This machine however, has been on hold and hasn’t been used in a few weeks .  Please pray that the financial situation is resolved and that the machine will be available for my use.  I have another appointment scheduled with him for October 31 .   

Bob had a back surgeon appointment . They are going to give him a steroid injection.  Then they will schedule surgery.  He has many back issues so he needs another back surgery.  

We are going to our beach condo this weekend.   

We still have our Caribbean trip for our anniversary in mid December so his surgery and my radiation appointments need to be scheduled around that trip.

My pain level is being controlled with my pain meds.

Bob was able to have a back surgeon appointment quickly .  

My appointment with my radiation specialist in Bend who does the radiation beads has been scheduled. 

We are going to our beach condo this weekend.   

PLEASE PRAY FOR 

Bob’s back surgery to be scheduled in God’s perfect timing.

Bob to get some relief from the injection . 

Suzi’s radiation treatment in Portland to be scheduled before our December trip. 

Suzi’s radiation beads treatment to my liver will be scheduled soon . 

The Mr-Linac radiation machine at Providence Hospital in Portland to be available for my use .
