Suzanna’s Story

My mother, Suzanna Summerlin, was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. Family and friends have gathered to support her in a number of ways; texts, donations, prayers, and promises to visit. This website is to communicate with everyone who would like to stay updated on my mom's journey.  We appreciate the love and generosity our family has been blessed with and will do our best to update you on what's happening.

She’s Home

My mom was able to come home yesterday, yay! She’s feeling good, eating specific foods, and walking to help with recovery. Her test results came in and some cancer cells were found in her lymph nodes. She has an appointment next week to discuss the next steps of treatment. 

 

We’re happy she’s home :)
