We just wanted to let everyone know that Mom/Susan has came home today. After 27 long days in the hospital and rehab, she has made the transition to be at home. Susan will continue physical, speech, and occupational therapy outpatient 3 times a week while also doing some therapies at home with the help of us. She is still tired a lot, but hopefully with sleeping in her own bed that will help. Susan continues to improve each and every day and we are grateful for the care she received at Immanuel Rehab. We want to thank everyone for the continued support and prayers. We love you all and hope everyone is staying safe.
