Journal entry by Victoria Rivera

Yesterday we visited the Oncologist and learned about the treatment plan.  Six weeks of radiation and chemo (oral) then a few weeks of rest  followed by 6 months of oral chemo.
They dr and patient coordinator, both very familiar with the treatment, feel that Sue will suffer from fatigue, but will do well with other symptoms.
Regimen probably starts on the 23rd so we have a couple of weeks to hit the wine country and the beach as well as get visitors.
Things will probably shut down until mid June after that.   She will the have four weeks of no treatment and then follow on chemo will begin again.
thanks for checking in.....
‘if anyone is willing to help with the daily drive to interstate from Estacada occasionally, please let me know.
