In April 2020, Jen was diagnosed with metastatic/stage 4 colon cancer. The news came as a complete shock to Jen and her family, including her husband Adam and sons Ari (3) and Ethan (4 months). There are no words...

Jen passed peacefully earlier today at home with family at her side. My wife was kindest soul I’ve ever known, always supporting and taking care of everyone. Her battle with cancer was incredibly unfair, yet like with everything in life she met it with grace, humility, and humor. Everyone will be invited to join me in a celebration of her life next summer for a run and to tell stories about our beloved Jen.

In lieu of flowers or donations, please try to live a little more like Jen each day. Reach out to someone, offer an ear, cheer them on, and make the world a better place.
