He is getting his scope/pyloric botox procedure tomorrow afternoon (finally) and admitted for one night due to the number of infusions he needs after surgery. Pentamadine (~1 hr), IVIG (~2-3 hrs), and his second Zometa infusion (~2 hrs) for brittle bones. Plus labs and several additional speciality consults.
Radiology is concerned about his central line as well, saying it’s lower in the heart than previous, and they want us to talk to Dr Warren, who placed it in the first place. This was totally out of left field when we went for his orthopedic apt last week to get scans on his spine and hip. No idea what to expect with this.
Even though I got a letter from insurance (saying the procedure was denied) the day before I got the call to get the botox scheduled, somehow it all fell into place. Holy Spirit moment. Thankful for the next step.
Also please continue to pray for his weight/growth. We thought we were seeing some movement, but are at a standstill again. Thank you so much.
