Steve’s Story

As you all know, Steve was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, the deadliest of brain cancers in November 2018. Though we were hopeful that he would be one of the lucky ones and beat this beast, it was not meant to be. We are lucky that he has survived this long as many don’t. Steve is declining. He has no use of his right side now and can no longer speak but can still understand. Having friends visit makes him sad, so we are no longer accepting visits except from family.
I would greatly appreciate any words of love and encouragement from his friends And family, though. Just to let him know that you still care. A video would be best as he can not read and I’m sure he’d love to hear your voices and see your faces. Groups would be fine also.

Unfortunately, due to COVID, we are only allowed 50 people at Steve’s actual service. Therefore, we will be broadcasting the service through Zoom. Below is the information to join. I’ve never done it, so I hope you know how.

So sorry we couldn’t have you all here personally, but we are having a celebration of Steve’s life party at our house on Saturday, June 27th. Open house, anytime after 1:00 and we would love to see everyone.
