The Powers Family has another battle going on!  As you all know we come from a long line of Fighters.  Steve has the gloves on and is ready to fight.  This blog will be updated by Cory and Jenny (me). Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your prayers and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. On 11/7, Dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer (non-small cell lung cancer metastic, adenocarcinoma) and his Leukemia (CLL) is highly active.  Things are complicated with the 2 cancers attacking at once.  Plans were set to start treatments in Norfolk. He is now in UNMC Buffet Cancer Center.
