It is with great sadness that we share with everyone that Steven passed away on early Friday morning, December 16.  As you all may know, Steven was diagnosed with late stage cancer earlier this spring, and he fought the fight for several months before deciding that having a good quality of life and spending time with family and friends was most important to him.  Steven spent his last days laughing and recalling childhood memories and sharing his hopes and dreams for life after his passing.  He worked hard to ensure that the foundation he built for his son Louis was sustainable, calling on family and friends to look after Lou, and continue to guide him into adulthood.

Steven was proud to carry Dale and Toby's legacy forward, and being on the road was his "happy place".  He  counted his customers and manufacturers as his friends, and wanted us to make sure to thank each and every one of you for allowing him into your lives.

Steven will be laid to rest at Prairie Oaks Eco-Friendly Memorial Forest, a tranquil location where the living urn containing his cremated remains will be marked by a paper birch tree planted in his memory.  Also be sure to look for his bench at the Minnesota State Fair!
