From Patricia Kimmel: The Loudoun County Prosecutors Office contacted me regarding the status of the killer of Steven. It appears that Patrick has decided to plead guilty to felony homicide and felony DWI, 3rd offense. A plea hearing will be held September, 14 at 10am. All should attend if available.

 

If he follows thru with the guilty plea then a sentencing date will be held in Oct, Nov, Dec or early 2019. If you are interested (family, friends, co-workers, etc) in submitting an impact statement, message me and I will send you the form and instructions. This is not a done deal until he signs the guilty plea at the hearing, and, this potential change in proceedings is not for general public dissemination.
