Thank you for your continued prayers, texts, calls and support! In an effort to keep everyone updated, we’ve created this place where you can send in words of encouragement and we can share them with Steve as we do our best to keep him entertained! We will update as often as we can. Please know if we don’t respond to texts or calls that we’ve read and listened and can’t thank you enough. He’s ministered to so many, and these next couple months will be hard as he will be limited in his interaction with people beyond family. 💗 We will be in touch soon.

And he’s back!!! Just over two months post heart transplant Steve preached again! I haven’t posted many updates as I know many of you follow him on Facebook or Instagram. Just in case someone doesn’t, here’s a photo of Steve back at it! 

The transplant team said no being in public for 3 months. Steve said, “I’ll give you two!” 😂 He was definitely exhausted this afternoon but thankful to be back doing what he loves. 

Doctors reports continue to be praises of zero rejection. Cardiac rehab is going great and Steve is getting stronger everyday. I love this man and am so thankful we’re seeing glimpses of “normal” again! 

Thanks for your prayers. Please keep them up for both Steve and Mary as well as she continues to monitor and record meds, heart rate, etc and be the best caretaker around! She’s a gem!
