God has granted us peace.

My Father passed at 4:17am this morning .

My dad was a very strong willed man as many of you all know! As a family we knew that being in a nursing home was  not what he wanted, even if it was only for a few days. 

He left us peacefully yet purposefully this morning and for that we are truly thankful.

I will miss our coffee chats at my office,  his daily phone call or 2 and all the other things we shared . However , as a family we all loved him too much to not respect his wishes .

A memorial service will be held on Sunday November 1 , 2020 at MacDonald Funeral Home in Howell . Visitation will be from 1pm to 3pm with a service at 3pm. 

P.S. I know that he enjoyed coffee and donuts at the airport in heaven this morning with all guys that went there before him.
