Mom's memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27, in College Station at mom and Charles' home church, Grace Bible Church, Southwood Campus 1901 Harvey Mitchell, at 11:00 am.  Mom loved flowers, but even more so, she loved making an impact for Christ and was passionate about her time as a volunteer with YoungLives, a christian ministry for teen moms that her daughter Anita inspired her to volunteer with.  So, in lieu of flowers (or in combination with, however you feel led), we are providing a link to the organization that meant so much to her.  https://giving.younglife.org/shirleyakinsmemorial
