Sherry’s Story

In mid July 2022, one month after running a marathon and a little over a year of being cancer free, Sherry’s cancer returned. She has a rare cancer called double hit diffuse large B cell lymphoma, and this time it showed up with tumors in her brain. Sherry has undergone several treatments including multiple kinds of chemo, radiation, and an awake craniotomy to de-bulk one of the tumors. The hope was to undergo a stem cell transplant but due to the tumor size, that is not possible right now. As next steps are figured out, we are changing from Facebook posts to this page. Thank you to all the #sherrystrong supporters! Your love, generosity, and prayers have been everything. ❤️
