WITH SINCERE GRATITUDE

Thank you to all who came to honor the lives of Lyric and Wylde on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The QVSD community has been such a source of comfort and support. Thank you to the teachers, administration, staff, and especially the students. The letters and pictures from classmates are so beautiful and treasured keepsakes.

Thank you to Sewickley United Methodist Church for their amazing and ongoing support. Pastor Hannah Loughman has provided invaluable counsel to the family and a service that truly honored the lives of the children. Music has such a healing effect; John Burgh's accompaniment and vocals from Kelly Scott were a comfort to all in attendance. Thank you so much to Pat Gossarths, volunteers from the church, and all who donated food for providing the luncheon following the service.

We appreciate so much all who spoke during the service: Aunt Jerri (Niny), Kym, Hannah, Alyssa, Ms. Wolfe, and the sweet letter from Scarlett. The stories that so many have shared about the light and joy of knowing Lyric and Wylde over the past week and a half are so heartwarming - to know that they were loved by everyone just as they were loved by their family is a cherished gift.

Thank you to all of the first responders for everything, day in and day out. It was a meaningful moment on Tuesday, for so many people, to see firefighters and police officers from Sewickley and our neighboring townships and boroughs there to pay their respects to the children.

Thank you to The Union Aid Society and Executive Director Carla Frost for their ongoing support and coordination. Your service to the Sewickley community in general, but specifically to Lyric and Wylde's memory, is unmatched.

It was a blessing to have Shelby there for the children's services. She is now back in the hospital for continued treatment. Please continue to lift her up with healing energy, physically and emotionally.
