Today, I am officially drain-free. I got the last drain out this morning and was able to get my first fill of my tissue expander. They filled the expander with 50cc of fluid. I will have my next fill on Tuesday of next week. Here’s to hopefully getting my flat breast back to somewhat normal over time.
This afternoon I will meet with the medical oncologist to go over my medication options for the hormone blockers. Here’s to hoping we can find something that will work for me and my existing conditions. Fingers crossed.
