For those of you asking, Dad is back at Darby Glenn, his quarantine will finally be up with visitation set to resume tomorrow Nov 9th. I have had great difficulty getting the staff to return my calls for updates, I am hoping the ability to be there in person will make this easier. The last update I had was that they were continuing to advance his diet to soft food, still no progress with communication as he would not verbalize words and nonverbal communication was only partially accurate. He had been working with PT as well. The staff mentioned possible discharge on 11/13 but did not specify what this meant and have not returned my repeated calls. I am hoping to know more tomorrow.
