Any progress comes with an occasional setback... right?

Shawn had a bad sneezing attack last night,  which really made his head hurt and his nose start running. This morning the headache was a little better but his nose would not quit running and it was only out of one nostril. When you have had brain surgery that it not a good sign! 

Long story short, we spent the afternoon at Mayo and after several tests it was determined that Shawn was leaking spinal fluid out his nose! 
We are home, as it did slow down, but he has to take antibiotics for now in order to avoid meningitis. If his nose starts running more we have to go back and he will have to have surgery to repair the leak. 

So he is home with alot of restrictions for the next few days. Prayers are appreciated that the leak will repair itself and we can avoid additional surgery.
