It has been a long road but today we passed the last hurdle to get sharon back to hastings. She had her trach removed today at north memorial and she is doing great. They will be Bringing her back to northridge where she has been since before xmas. We just need to let her incision heal and then she will be moving to oakridge assisted living in hastings. She will have her own appartment there where she will be able to continue rehab to get her stronger. Because of covid she will have to be quarantined for 2 weeks but then after that will be able to have people come and visit.  Thank you to everyone that has talked to her during this time,because of hearing loss that occurred from the brain tumor it can be challenging to hold a conversation on the phone. We are hoping to get her in for hearing aids in the near future.
