Sharon was born in Cherry Point, NC and grew up in Newtown Connecticut, later graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Texas Arlington. She excelled at snow skiing and loved to scuba dive, but her true love was as an equestrian. She enjoyed riding and the loving mutual relationship she developed with both Sherry and Pete. Over the past 10 years, Sharon was extremely active within the cancer community including Gilda’s Club, Healing for Heroes, Camp Blue Bird, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She committed to a healthy lifestyle to include regular exercise and a clean diet of whole food plant-based meals.
