Where to start?

In March, Shari, Tom, Chandler, Morgan, Kendall and Heather, KJ, Kayla, Paul, Tia, and Conner went on an amazing vacation to Sarasota, FL and got lots of great family time, beachtime, and lots sunshine and pool time!  

Shari was able to then spend another short week in Clearwater beach with Lori and Sailor.  

Last week Chandler and Morgan announced they are expecting a baby in November, so Shari is super excited to be a grandma!!

Medically, the last scan done in March showed there was cancer in her “good” femur.  The docs didn’t want to risk that femur breaking, so they did a proactive surgery to put a rod in the femur to stabilize it. She had that surgery on Monday April 22nd.  The surgery went well and they had Shari up and walking with a walker the same day!    She’s now off work for a few weeks to recover.  

Shari finished 8 cycles of chemo and immunotherapy, and after a 4 week break they’ll do another round.
