Over the last few weeks Shanna has had a couple of mild focal seizures. Her doctors have adjusted her seizure medication and she has been good since.
Today, Shanna had her first follow up scans and then met with her neurosurgeon, Dr. Krisht.
Dr. Krisht said her scans look good. He says the seizures are probably just because her brain is settling. They should get better as time goes on. He’ll schedule another scan in about 4 months, but she is released from therapy and allowed to exercise. No surgery required. Just no drinking alcohol or working out to the point it is hard to breathe. This was the best report! Praise God!! Thank you so much for praying!
