Hi there, 

Firstly, I would like to give a sincere thank you for your words of encouragement, gifts and financial contributions toward Shailaun’s healing journey. She has been eager to show you her smile and provide you with an update. 

Since we started the fundraiser a lot has taken place. Some things must remain confidential for now, but here’s the progress we’ve made thus far: 

• Hired a Naturopathic Doctor  
• Secured Health Insurance
• Met with Primary Care Physician 👩🏾‍⚕️ 
• Received referral to oncologist for 2nd opinion and more testing (currently scheduled for next week)
• Received and began meal plan, alkaline food list and liquid herbs and supplements to help reverse and destroy cancer cells and help her body heal itself 🍎
• Shailaun has been exercising daily (walking 2 miles and incorporating yoga into her routine) 🏃🏾‍♀️
• Shailaun has been lowering stress levels through daily meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ playing guitar, writing songs, reading and completing word searches (for vision improvement) and spending time with family 🎸🎶📖 
• We celebrate another Shailaun’s birthday on July 28th with family 🎉 

…and thanks to you, I’ve been able by her side every step of the way. She’s in good spirits!

Shailaun has led a vegan lifestyle for 9 plus years and believes deeply in a holistic approach to healing. She does not wish to undergo chemotherapy or radiation, so we have sought out alternative methods of treatment. The most affordable plan we have found costs $40,000 upfront and is out of state, so we’ll have to secure funding before we can make that move and that’s where we’ll need your help the most. 🙏🏾
