Hello,
As you are all aware, Scott went home from the hospital on Monday. It has been a wonderful transition, so good to sleep in his own bed and be home with his girls and Bailey again!
At this time, the Hart’s could benefit from our continued support through help with meals as they navigate busy schedules in the next few weeks with follow up appointments and trying to regain some semblance of normalcy while Scott also works to regain his strength.

While the healing journey does include a heart healthy diet, the guidelines are pretty simple…whole food, lean meats, low sodium and limited saturated fats will be best.
