I want to tell you a story of a man that has been in my life for over 34 years. We had a few blips along the way, most relationships run into some trouble at times.
We have two children and he has a daughter from his first marriage.
We have always gotten along together very well, and I have noticed over the years that we seem to have become more and more alike. Our opinions are alike, our tastes and the people we love. We love Spring, we love the stars, the rain at night when laying in bed trying to sleep. So many things to love. We love the Lord. We love each other.
Scott is very ill right now. He has been battling Stage 4 cancer and the many effects that come with the disease and the treatment. He has finished with the treatment, we are now waiting to get a PET scan done to see where we are with cancer itself. By virtue of the being in Stage 4, it has spread to his lymph nodes. 
Scott is currently in the hospital but is going to be released to a skilled nursing facility.
