Sara has officially left the hospital after her 3 week stay. We couldn’t be more thankful for all her doctors, nurses, her entire care team. They were absolutely amazing and I am so thankful to have my mom here with us doing so well. Sara is a miracle. She is now in White Bear Lake at a transitional care to help her with physical therapy and occupational therapy. One step closer to having her back in our home! Thank you everyone for all your prayers, kind messages, flowers, keeping her company, etc. We appreciate it so much.
