I walked in my reverse walker in the Angels Among Us walk and now I'm working on my new goal. I want to do a full day without my wheelchair by the end of August, using only my walker to get from place to place. It's super scary but I have been working on it.
I finally got past 100 pounds! I was 97 when I was diagnosed (I was not eating well on my own and the tumor was already causing trouble) and I was down to 79 by the time I got to the rehab hospital in Illinois. I got close to 100 during chemo, but I think it was mostly water weight. I had a gtube for a long time but I had that removed a couple months ago. It's super weird to try to gain weight when most people are trying to lose it. If I accepted weight from everyone who offered theirs to me, I would be 1,000 pounds!
I found a new material that I have been playing with on my Cricut. They are called Infusible Ink Transfer sheets and I think I like them better than iron on. They become one with the fabric and the patterns are in the ink so there are a lot more options. I have been using it to make different shirts and things.
I'm offering a Father's Day card on my website. It's not part of a pack, I have it listed as an individual card. Click the three lines and then select "Individual Cards". The Father's Day card is all of the way at the bottom.
I have some more stuff coming up in the next few days/weeks so stay tuned!
